"Quality of work appears acceptable. However, customer service specifically communication was poor compared to what we receive from our regular automotive service provider. For example, called back inconsistently when said would return the call and no estimate of cost was provided prior to the repair. We are from Denver and had limited choices as our vehicle would not operate."
