"I would tell them that I am PICKY about who works on my Z. It is an '82, I am the only owner, have every receipt for everything that has ever been done on my car, and it has had exactly seven mechanics in all that time. I do not trust my car to just anyone. I am picky. The mechanics who work on my car must earn my trust. I need to feel that they have my safety in mind and look for potential issues as well as keeping my Z in the best running condition. Rod's has proven to me that they are all about keeping me safe and my Z in great shape. Did I mention that I am picky ? Rod's will be my eighth mechanic shop for a long time to come. Because, I am picky."

"I have already told my son, who is picky about his car, that this is a great service centre. He also appreciates the fact that your service adviser is a woman and that you use technology to communicate. I have been using the same mechanic for many years and have been very happy with his service but I moved and no longer can store my tires. I was nervous about using a new service centre but was very pleasantly surprised and pleased!"

"The mechanics are magicians! "Big Mike" is an angel. My 17 year old car had begun acting like a 71 year old man....gently shuddering when I stopped. Rogers put it on the machine and said "there is really nothing showing wrong." In neutral or Park, it ran fine, but I had to put it in park at every red light as it ran rough when idling. All I could say was "it doesn't feel right". Not much to go on. I tried to explain and Big Mike said he had a good idea what the problem was, or several ideas. I left the car. A few hours later I got a call that said "good news! We found the problem and it was not as serious as we thought it might be....your car is ready." And it was. It ran like a new car, silent and smooth. My 17 year old car was like a 17 year old athlete.. in perfect condition. What a pleasure dealing with these people..... and once again driving a fine sedan that runs like a new car."
