"I took my Toyota Sienna rampvan in to Heritage Auto Repair for a much needed checkup. It had been several years since it had been serviced and it needed a full inspection, all fluids checked and changed, as well as brake work done. The inspection revealed a cracked radiator, which Heritage replaced. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, which was extremely important since the rampvan is the vehicle my daughter uses to transport her and her wheelchair to and from appointments. We appreciated the quick turn-around time. The repairs and service were explained, as well as followup instructions should we experience any problems with the vehicle. The three year warranty on the work and parts are reassuring."

"The previous 1 star rating was mine and I made a mistake. The Rating Form showed * * * * * (poor) and you clicked on the star to make your choice for the rating. I thought the star furthest from "(poor)" was for a 5 star rating and I was giving them a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, I was confused and gave them a 1 star rating when I meant to give them a 5 star rating..... I should have chosen all 5 stars. I have been using RHAC to service two vehicles for several years and totally happy with them and WILL CONTINUE USING THEM. I would not continue using them if I thought their rating should be 1 star.
