"Be advised I'm a retired officer who now lives in Delaware I drove from de to exit 8a to my destination and during the drive felt a knocking on the rear side of my 08 bmw 528xi as approaching my destination I tried to find a bmw service dealer and Platts Performance came up i called and spoke to Eddie i spoke to about my issue he stated come in at your earliest convenience and we will check it out. This guy took me right in had his tech Tony to complete a diagnostic and found that someone had loosened my lug nuts which put me in a very dangerous situation they immediately checked all of the other tires as well as the condition of my tires this is a top rated shop his son also gave me some very good options for my high end vehicle I felt like family it was the grace of God that i made to Platts Performance as well as from exit 1 to exit 8a thanl you again to my family at Platts Performance ??????"
