"Every time we need service for our cars 59 Auto has always come thru for us. When one of our vehicles finally died for it's last time 59 Auto was there again. They towed, they ran a diagnostic, they confirmed that our 17 year old car finally died. They even took care of getting it to the junk yard. They go above and beyond in service. We are glad we have them for our auto needs."

"I couldn't say enough in words how much appreciated, happy and satisfied i am with Boyd company kelowna. I come from bali and been in canada for 12 years. I had my first accident with my White Suzuki car, as some one back off to me. The ICBC has proved my claims and sent me some of the Auto body shop in town . My friend recommended me to go to Boyd at Dayton road. Then I went there and i met a nice and friendly lady that work there name Trisha Mitchell. She welcomed me when i got there and assisted me with anything I need including concerns, questions and also finding the suitable rent car. She also made me feel comfortable as this is my first accident. We went outside to my car and i showed her the damages and she took a pictures. I also had a dent in front of my car from previous hit and run. I asked her if i could get an estimate how much that would cost me to fix , then she called her manager on duty to have a look at it. Then he gave me an estimate for the cost but i decided no to fix it because i said i would call ICBC and made a new claim for Hit and Run. Anyway short story after she took the pictures and done with what she need to do then i got my rent car to drive and i was happy because she gave me a small car as i requested. She phoned me couple time and leave me a message when she could reach me and just to follow up with my car, waiting for the part etc. Then when my car is ready she called me back and said your car is ready and can be pick up. So i went there and i was very impressed they did an amazing job, its look like a brand new car again. The other good thing they did that impressed me was they fixed the dent that was in the front of my car without cost. They charge me Nothing for that, they fixed and paint it and i didn't have to call ICBC anymore for a new claims. I couldn't be happier, i was in tears and impressed with them. I highly recommended to everyone to come to BOYD and get your car fix here."
