"Have a 1979 Mercedes Benz 300SD Turbo Diesel that has been in our family since it was purchased new and shipped over from Germany. Recently we came to visit friends in Summerlin Nevada. One morning tried to turn my ignition key and mechanism was dead could not turn. Steering lock also not operating and car had to be towed and repaired. Did not know anybody in town. Was terrified under these circumstances. Long story short ended up speaking with Sean Brightly @ German Motors and he really calmed me down and assured me he would do the best he can to be fair and repair this problem at the lowest possible cost in order for me to be able to drive back to Los Angeles. Sean kept his word and was more than fair and got me back on the road. Our family is grateful for everyone at German Motors. We couldn't have been treated any better. Thank you.S"

"I've owned BMWs since the 80's and have dealt with dealerships ,and a lot of so called "bmw specialist" shops in the bay area and have also been overcharged and ripped off with terrible repairs over the years ....until a friend told me to try German auto sport in Berkeley. i spoke with the owner Chris (who knows more about bmws than anyone I've dealt with in the past) Chris then introduced me to his shop foreman "Yar" who shares Chris's knowledge and love for BMW . after talking to them and expressing my concerns I felt very comfortable leaving my car with them , during the repair process Yar kept me updated just as he said he would and my car was ready on time! Outstanding! Now the most important part of this is a few days before going to German auto sport i got an estimate from another shop for a lot higher amount, well it turns out my car did not need the laundry list of parts the other shop told me it did Chris and Yar went over my car with me and showed me everything else was fine and did not need replacement ..Wow an honest shop .. I've had my car back for a few months and it runs like a dream! ...Integrity , impeccable work,great communication and a team of the most well trained technicians on the planet that sums up German auto sport! thanks again ! you have a customer for life! i highly recommend German auto sport they really are the only honest shop left in the bay area!"
