"We recently were faced one morning with a dead battery which had given no signs of weakening prior to dying. That same morning the car was scheduled to have winter tires changed over to all seasons at Durango Small Car . Jim at Small Car made what could have been a minor nightmare into a quite manageable situation and, as always, was most pleasant, helpful , and gracious."

"I took my Expedition into Trinitys because of an oil leak. It was not a small leak. It was leaking all over my driveway. I was told from another shop that the leak was caused by 3 things: the differential cover gasket, oil pan gasket and front axle seals. After taking it to Trinitys, they diagnosed three completely different problems which were the oil filter gasket, power steering hose and valve cover gaskets. Naturally, I second guessed there diagnoses because 1 shop is saying one thing and another shop is saying something different. Ive had work done at Trinitys in the past and trusted them. After the work was completed, I did not see a single drop of oil in my driveway! I am very happy with them and there work. Also, during the work, they accidentally cracked my radiator and replaced it for free. I honestly feel bad about that because they are good people and I really hate to see them take a hit like that. Nevertheless, Trinitys is a great shop and will always have our business."
