"I am an BMW enthusiast-owner of a 2007 Z4M roadster sports car, and even something as simple as an oil change is completed by Eastside Bavarian with enthusiasm and perfection. Ken is always gracious with his time and expertise, and Eric-the-Tech is the only tech that I will trust to touch my beloved Red Roadster. A few examples of this morning's interchange....Eric recommended trans and diff fluid changes based upon mileage and I said these were accomplished at 50K miles....Ken heard me state this and immediately updated my service history for accuracy. Eric performs a thorough visual inspection while changing oil which is most welcomed. Eric took pics of existing conditions and my emailed service report has all of this saved electronically - most welcomed. The entire experience is perfection, from the pristine, clean, modern waiting area and offices to the customer bathroom which is in perfect condition at all times. My exceptions are exceeded at every interaction with Eastside Bavarian!"
