If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"I had a "hiccup" in my 7.3 Powerstroke diesel which can be very hard to diagnose. The Chase team stayed the course, and cured the problem. I'm sure there were a few hairs pulled out, and choice words uttered. The engine has 485,000 miles on it, and it runs better than when I bought it 8 years ago. I've said it before, hopefully with the help of Chase Automotive we can hunt down the "Million Mile Mark"!!! If I live that long!"

"Long story short, I had an extended warranty purchased through a dealer. I took it to that dealer to get some warranty work done. They ended up not covering anything and still charged $100. I then brought it to 6 to 6 Auto Service next. Steve went the extra mile and got everything covered under warranty. All in all saved me around $700. I am very impressed and will be taking my truck there if any other problems arise."
