If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?

"Michael at LBR was a pleasure. I brought my "14 328i which I'd recently purchased from Definitive Motors. The car needed a strut replacement and alignment. While it was there, Michael advised that the wheels needed centering rings for my aftermarket wheels which explained a slight vibration I'd noticed. He ordered these and installed at no charge! He took care of all of this work with clear and timely communications, no greasy fingerprints anywhere on the car and even took extra precautions to not damage my recently refinished wheels! He also clearly explained the work, why it was required and how it would be done. I plan to bring my other BMW (335 xDrive) when it needs something to Michael as well.
Side comment that LBR and Definitive have a working relationship (owners are brothers) and that Definitive, whom I bought the car from despite a few minor issues, did a wonderful job of following through and addressing all of the issues!"
