After buying a Lexus and a Toyota in the past few years, I struggled to find good service shops that had the same level of professionalism, value and attention to detail. "They are not pushy and explain each and every issue with the customer. No service is completed without your permission. The staff is friendly and personable. I called Jason the wrong name of James and he made a joke about it but I felt so bad I had called him the wrong name..I was so embarrassed. So JAMES hopefully this will be printed so you get a public apology....so sorry and thank you for making me laugh!"
