"I brought my vehicle to a local Ford Dealership to have an oil change, and a tire check. At that appointment, I was told that on inspection there were multiple vehicle issues that needed to be repaired. These repairs consisted of, rear toe links, rear bushings, 4 wheel alignment and a new tire. If I agreed to all the service that day my bill would have been $2600. I became quite concerned when these exact repairs, excluding the replacement tire, had already been fixed 6 months prior, while my vehicle was still under warranty. I was very concerned and confused why these repairs would need to be done again on a vehicle with low mileage (39,505KM), and that has always been carefully driven. I declined the service for these repairs and decided to get a second opinion. I immediately drove to E.K. Import Auto Service and spoke to the owner about my concerns and that I wanted a second opinion. Within 24-48 hours, my vehicle had been rechecked by 2 service technicians. The owner called me and informed me that they could not find anything wrong with my vehicle, and that included the tire, which I had been told by Ford had "side wall damage". I was in shock and disbelief, but extremely happy that I decided to take my vehicle to E.K. Import Auto. The owner, Adrian, took my concerns very seriously and his technicians took time out of there busy schedule to get my vehicle checked out ASAP. I greatly appreciated the professionalism and prompt service that I received. I will no longer be dealing with Ford for any of my vehicle maintenance or service. Ford has now lost a client, while E.K. Import Auto Service has gained a client. Thanks Again, Lisa M."
