"My 3-series became disabled right before Thanksgiving (Tuesday). The Eastside Bavarian team said drop your car off - and we'll find you a rental car. Rental cars are hard to find a couple days before a major holiday. But they said my car probably would not be ready until after Thanksgiving.
To my surprise - I received a call the next morning saying they diagnosed my car and we ready to fix it. And would have it ready Wednesday (day before Thanksgiving). When I ask what changed - Ken mentioned that they noticed I had a rental car and they wanted to get my car back to me before Thanksgiving. And they did...
Everything fixed and running well...

"On Monday we took our Honda in for service before our trip. When the team was chasing the oil, they noticed there were 2 motor mounts that were broken. We asked Shaun if he could fix it on Tuesday and he answered with an affirmative. It was ready at 4:pm and for the exact price he quoted. For that, I give him 5 Stars because 10 wasn't an option. Thank you, Thank you!
Shaun was able to sell our Mercury for the asking price because he has done all of the service the car needed over the years and it was in prime condition. Thank you for that too!"
