"Having only driven the car home from Hyannis via Rte. 28, it hasn't had to test the drive shaft which is what was repaired. As per customer service, when I picked up the cat, the young woman charged me for work not done as she didn't read the paperwork properly. Being stunned to the point of tears, Tony came in from outside, and I said I was charged $500 more than I was told, and he immediately went to work fixing the mistake, reaasuring me I wasn't paying for work not done and made sure my paperwork and payment was in order. He was pleasent and polite at every point of my being at your place of business. I will return for further work as I feel I can trust your mechanics more than the dealership. So I would definitely recommend World Tech for keeping us well informed at every step, and giving me back my car clean and in good working order."

"My truck was a mess when I brought it in. It bounced all over the road and the engine was barely running. I couldn't even use my AC in the hottest part of summer. Not only did Dustin Brown's crew run a FREE fuel diagnostic as part of a promotion they were running but when it checked out ok (any other shop would have just charged me for a new fuel pump I'm sure) they found out what was really going on. Spark plugs!!! $8 a piece and now my truck runs like it was brand new!!!! You can't put a price on that feeling, and I know I recieved an honest and correct repair. I also got 4 brand new shocks and now my truck rides excellently. Firestone already quoted me $900 for new tie rod ends and I didn't even need them! My truck would still be a mess and it would have cost me more than my whole bill at Brown's! I will never go any where else because I love honest buisnesses, I love my vehicle, and I love saving money and getting what I payed for. Thanks boys I hope to see you again and keep up all the great work."
