"5 stars for outstanding service and professionalism! My 14 year old SUV was in rough shape and needed a long list of repairs! When I spoke with the owner, Mike Kacal, I mentioned that my work schedule was keeping me from dropping off the vehicle. That turned out not to be a problem because Mike actually sent his employees to my office to pick it up from me! Amazing service!! In fact it couldn't have been better because it gave the actual mechanic who worked on my vehicle an opportunity to drive it and figure out what the problem areas were. As if that wasn't already great service, when the repairs were completed, they drove it back to me! OUTSTANDING! If you need some work done on your car, I highly recommend KACAL's! Talk to Mike or Charles or Matt! They'll set it right!"

When I arrived at 7:15am to drop off my car and leave the keys in the drop box, they did not hesitate to open the door and help me even though they are not open until 8am. I was very shocked to see this type of customer service still exists."

Gary is usually working in his office but he almost always comes out for conversation if he has time. Ian is one of the mechanics and the other mechanic is very talented.
