"First time visit To Downtown Auto for a manufacture scheduled spark plug change. With 16 plugs in my vehicle I was expecting a costly service charge however Doug & crew didn't just go ahead since the kilometres indicated it was time for the work. They first pulled a couple plugs and assessed their condition & gap which ended in the their recommendation that the plugs were still in good shape and to hold off on the work for awhile."
