"The customer service from Platts, specifically Ed, was impeccable and commendable. My car had to be unexpectadly towed and with being new to the area, I took my insurances recommendation of towing my vehicle to Platts. I called in advance and Ed assured me he'd be able to look at it right away. The tow truck guy was late and we wouldn't arrive at Platts until after closing time. Ed asked me to update him on the arrival and that he would be there to make sure the car landed safely. Almost two hours after closing, Ed was there and helped get the vehicle in a safe spot for the night. With all unnecessary details aside, Ed went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He even answered my call at midnight, when I was just going to leave a message ! "We answer the phone 24/7!" After finding out my car was totaled, Ed provided me with a business card of a dealership he would recommend and even said he'd give the guy a call if I told him when I was going. 5/5 just from customer service!"

"Thanks for the great service. Beyond repairing the problem I came in for, I appreciated that Hillside Auto Repair did a full inspection on my vehicle and reported all their recommendations. They washed, vacuumed, and cleaned my car, and I just want to say how much I appreciated that. In addition, they were very accommodating of my schedule and allowed for me to be able to pay for my service and pick up my car after hours."

"I purchased my vehicle in December 2015. The buying experience was very easy and non stressful. Mark and his team are very professional and don't have the usual "used" car salesperson tactics. Mark did his best to search for the best bank/loan for me. I've had my vehicle now for 2 months and had an issue that was NOT covered under my extended warranty- Marx Auto took care of the problem for me without question. Melissa is excellent. If you are looking for a used vehicle with outstanding customer service- Marx is the place you want to purchase from. They treat you like family and they are very accommodating."

Went to my apt and they took me as they said at 2pm and did my oil change, checked all my fluid, air in the tires. Their prices are really great, they don't try pressuring you into buying anything. I would definitely come back here again. Keep yo the good work"

"They are thorough. I am happy they look over my cars carefully and thoroughly. I ended up with an oil change that went past $500, but the car drove so much better, and it is safer. The difference between $500 and $5,000, repair versus replacement! These are nice people, friendly and competent. I like the fact the same people are always there. That means it is a good place to work, and happy people work better!"
