"Very happy with the service I received. LBR had the misfortune of receiving and installing a faulty part on my VW. From watching a Youtube video of the repair, it was relatively simple. What resulted was a howling sound coming from the undercarriage which went away after things heated up. I called Harry back and he told me to bring it back in. LBR replaced the part with one from a different manufacturer at no additional charge to me. I have to express additional appreciation for Harry George. Harry is as good as they come at customer interfacing. he was attentive, available, and always credible in his interactions with me.. Reputable, fair, and trustworthy repair shops have been difficult to find for me. I will definitely return to LBR for the way they handled this unfortunate situation."

"Recently my son replaced the alternator in my wife's car. The labor was cheap, but he wasn't able to adjust the tension properly to stop the uni-belt from squealing every time we start, and drive the car. We planned to leave town for an anniversary trip, but needed to get the belt adjusted somehow before we left. I had never been into this business in the past. I was hesitant to drop in and ask for special consideration when they didn't know me, and they had no reason to expect to ever see me again, but I decided to give them a try. I stopped in to see if they could fit me in to their schedule, and get us ready for the road in a reasonable amount of time. I was told they would take care of it right away. Within fifteen minutes I was out the door, and on the road. I had called the Mitsubishi dealership and had been quoted $105 dollars to make this adjustment. I paid less that twenty dollars at AutoWorks. They have made me a new customer for certain. Thanks again, AutoWorks!"
