"It was such a nice clean environment in the waiting room. Your employee greeted me, knew right away I was the one with the inspection appointment, did't try to push selling something to me that I didn't need, and I was in and out in 35 minutes, and when I got into my car, it was clean, and just the way I had left it. Never have I ever had such a nice friendly employee to work with at a service center outside of the dealership, and I'm so excited to have found you guys. I will absolutely be bringing my car here moving forward. Please look up my visit time (2pm) 2/10/16 and the man with blue eyes waited on me, and he deserves a memo of appreciation for his service! :)"

"Dave Hernandez and the team at LGA have been taking care of my TAs for some time - and have always done 1) a great job 2) offered me options (rebuilt vs new, OEM vs aftermarket) 3) have never tried to sell me a service that I thought was oversell. On my most recent visit, Dave took my 2000 TA with 150K miles and got it back to me running like a top (it needed a catalytic converter and a number of other things.) And although the amount of work that definitely needed doing was not cheap - LGA definitely did a great job at a very reasonable price."

I had my Ford F-150 in the shop at Gullo Ford in Conroe and they couldn't find the problem with my truck battery ( which was new) and why it kept dying out... Milsteads found the problem and kept me informed of the progress until it was ready to be picked up."
