"I recently was told during a routine service appt. that my car, a Camry Hybrid had serious rust problems requiring new front rotors, calipers and brakes. The price was close to $1500. Since I have over 300,000 miles on this car I wasn't happy putting that much money into brakes. I've previously had body work done at Pro Auto Care so I drove there directly from the service dept. at my auto dealer to see what they could do for me. They were great. My car was fixed quickly for a price closer to $900 and I was able to leave the next day for another mileage adding trip. The people at Pro Auto Care are friendly, knowledgeable and work hard to find the best cost effective solution to any problem you bring to them. I highly recommend them!"

(I stuck around while they worked on the car but they do apparently have a courtesy service that will take you home and pick you up.) "Best communications that I have every experienced with any company. All the work I had done is transparent so I cannot express an opinion on whether my car runs or feel any different. Make sure you have a lot of money because you are going to pay between 50%-300% more than any other car service company charges. I'm okay paying the $140 an hour labor rate, but I have a hard time digesting their rational on taking you to the cleaners on parts. Expect to pay about 4 times what a dealer charges. You can also expect to pay for their operational supplies and facilities. About the only thing I was not charged for is toilet paper probably because I never used the rest room."
