"I brought my car in for a diagnosis & estimate. I already knew and had other estimates on various fluid flushes. I expected to wait 30 min to 1 hour at most for an estimate. I was in the waiting room 2 hours which made me rush for my next appointment. Teri at the front desk was courteous. The waiting room and rest room were clean and welcoming. I was able to have a cup of coffee. Some line items cost more and some less than the dealer's estimate I had gotten. Over all the bid was about the same or slightly higher at Heritage, but Teri said that they use better products and methods of flushing and a warranty was included with some of the work. This was my first experience with Heritage. The people seem nice. The wait seemed very long for what they did. They seem to be a busy place."
