"I was on my way to an appointment, about to cross the I-90 bridge, when my "check engine" light came on and my car lost power and was not accelerating as a normal BMW. I quickly turned around and drove to Eastside Bavarian. They drove me back to work, and instead of looking at my car the next day as planned, they checked out my car and within 2 hours I had a new ignition coil put in, and had my car back. What I thought was going to be a major inconvenience, turned out to be just a couple of hours of waiting, and I had a working car again. As an example, our car barely started up recently so we brought the car in for them to look at. Craig, our Service Manger, told us that the battery was failing and it was leaking acid. He said the battery should be replaced, but also added that it was still under warranty and that we should talk with Honda. So we took our car to the local Honda dealer; but when the dealer said they couldn't do anything for us, Craig arranged a ride for us to pick up our car from the dealership later that afternoon and put in a new battery within 15 minutes. That's outstanding honest service with a capital "S"."

This pretty much destroyed the inner tread of my driver side rear tire. They got me in right away, gave me a good price, the work was very professional and my car was finished in a timely manner.
