"It was easy making an appointment online. I love that they use Eco-friendly products! I even got a ride when I heard it would take hours to diagnose the problem, and was picked back up when it was ready. I was also able to ask for an oil change on the spot. Nice! The shock was going in with what the website showed as a FREE Check Engine Light 'coupon.' When I arrived and was educated that the free option didn't diagnose the issue enough to actually fix the problem and I had to pay a $98 check engine light fee just to find out what the problem was. I was not happy about that! I felt reeled in a bit. However, everything else I experienced was pleasurable."
