"I have been to Auto Europa before and I was very pleased. This time I was a little disappointed. I dropped my car off on a Thursday. Robert called and said it would be ready no later than Tuesday. He explained what items needed to be fixed and he stated that they needed to order parts. Tuesday afternoon I had to call them as no one had contacted me. I spoke with Andrew and he stated it was not ready. No detailed explanation. I didn't get my car until Friday! When I picked it up, I was handed my bill to pay. That was it. Last time I bought my car in, they went over everything with me. This time I felt rushed. Maybe because it was Friday afternoon."

"For the past 5 years we have always taken our cars to Honest-1. They are sound and reliable people who do a good job at a good price. In my experience they always give a fair and accurate appraisal of the condition of my vehicle be it oil, brakes, servicing or other work. Pricing is always explained fully before work is undertaken and alternatives presented were viable. I felt compelled to come on here and say this as some of the reviews on here are not nice and they are most underserving of Tom and his staff. To us they have always been great and their work excellent and honest. If you take your car in for regular oil changes and gives them a chance to see it on a regular basis they can often forewarn and/or prevent more serious mishap. Tom's prices on tires were unbeatable and they were good quality tires! Tom the owner and John the manager are really good guys, just give them a chance to see what they can do for you."
