"I purchased trailer tires at a place that wouldn't mount them for me, so I called T&C and spoke with Mike. He was happy to help, even though it was an odd request. I parked my camper on the lot the next morning and by early afternoon had a call from Mike saying everything was done. The price was right and the work was done right. I'll be bringing my car in next week for some engine work and new tires!"

"I recently brought in a BMW that had a few problem that the past owner and their "mechanic" let develop over time. Adam and the crew at Frank's took the time to diagnose and test the problems until they had resolved all of the issues. They could have easily just done repairs by what the computer was telling them, but they added experience and customer service to the equation which few mechanics are willing to do now. Having a shop like Frank's in town takes the concern out of owning European cars."

"Work was completed in timely fashion after I went to Auto zone to pick up my own oil filter as you didn't have it in stock. Shawn completed oil change after filter was purchased and brought back to shop. Issues: oil on my steering wheel and oil all over fender well - oil must have overflowed upon filling."

"Star Auto is more than a auto repair shop. I had left my cell phone at location where a meeting was about to take place. I was not part of that meeting. I was driving close to Star and thought my auto needs an oil change and pulled in. (Normally I call ahead for an appointment.) I asked Dave if he would call my number and asked a co-worker to put my cell in the mailbox. Dave made that call, my auto's oil and brake light were fixed. This is what I call going the extra mile even if one does not leave their desk."

"These guys service exactly what is needed. They provide a range of options and advise the solution that would best suit the issue. I had squishy breaks, and was offered a simple fluid flush, but they had already performed a test on the master cylinder to know that it would be best to replace that along with rear break pads/roters as those were wearing too thin. They also found a coolant leak that I already knew about, and offered to fix that too. They're fair, and VERY HONEST. Chris is the best."
