"I called LBR on a Monday trying to get an appointment for an oil change that I had a free certificate for. I needed the oil change because I was going on a road trip that weekend. They not only squeezed me in on the only day I had off during the week, they added coolant to my car, they filled all my tires, turned off all the sensors and had a service van drop me off where I needed to go while my car was being worked on. They might have been easy gestures for you guys but being a single woman and knowing nothing about cars, you guys really helped me out. And I got ten times the customer service at this shop (with a free oil change certificate) than I have ever gotten at any other shop that I have paid for. Thank you guys!"
