"I would highly recommend Brachs Auto Center. I have been coming here for years. It's very difficult to find a vehicle repair shop that doesn't make you feel like you're getting ripped off. These guys are very honest and do quality work. They're very professional and will explain exactly what is wrong with your vehicle and what needs to be done to repair it. They also have this great new computerized system that will give you more detailed information about your vehicle's issue that they will email to you."

"Oh my where to start? Waiting room has been remodeled, fresh cookies, fast and reliable service within 24 hours of my request. My car drives like new again, I saved 100 dollars due to a special sale they recommended. Oh and I didn't get the chance to thank you for putting my snow tires in individual plastic bags before loading them in my cargo area. I wish all customer service personnel treated me like your team does."

Just as I thought they had exhausted every avenue for a part, they found a guy in Germany to make one from scratch. Tenacious? You bet! No get by push them out the door here. This is a top of the line shop. And don't forget. BMW drivers have more fun!"
