"Larry who handled my order was helpful and entirely professional. He was easy to talk to and explained thoroughly all the repairs that my car needed. Since my car is 20 years old some of the parts weren't immediately available and Larry told me it might be 3 or 4 days until the work was done -- I was fine with this. So imagine my surprise when he called the next day and told me he had shopped around and got all the parts overnight and finished the job. I was also impressed about the cleanliness and professional look of the facility."
