"They were very professional the free shuttle service is awesome and they love dogs, so my dog was allowed to ride along with me. The report they provide is very detailed and they did not try to push any unnecessary repair work. I would use them again and have no problem recommending them."

"Just purchased a "new to me" 15 year old 3.0 Z3.......it appeared to be in excellent shape.....but I wanted to have the crew at Eastside Bavarian look it over before I took any long drives. They did an inspection and pronounced the car to be as mechanically sound as it was cosmetically good looking. With this report of confidence I proceeded to drive 4 hours south to the Oregon Yamhill county wine country. The beautiful rolling hills in the Yamhill and Carleton areas are covered with small vineyards and each town consisted of 3 restaurants, 2 wine tasting bars, 1 church, and 1 pizza joint...all the leaves were aflame in their best October colors so it was a spectacular first drive for the little Z3. Thanks to :Ryan, Ken. and Dave it was a safe and thoroughly spectacular first drive."

"Been coming here for many years, and have to say I've never had a bad experience. Sure, been unhappy to have to put money into the vehicles I've owned, but that's a part of life. Have had several situations where I easily could've been charged more to have work done, but was advised to hold off. If all they wanted was my money, why would they do that?? A few days ago, needed a new water pump installed. Couldn't remember that I had it replaced many years ago. Dave explained it would be replaced at no charge (excluding labor) since they had done it way back when. I would never have remembered this and easily would 've been charged for it somewhere else. Again, integrity keeps customers. Great business!"

They were able to get me immediately and performed an inspection within an hour of the incident. The damage was very minimal - only some clips on the underside had popped off.
