"I am a huge fan of this auto shop . Being a female you always worry if you are getting a fair and honest deal but the guys at Rick and Rays always have fantastic diagnostics and will give you fair deals. This shop is more expensive than most but what I really respect is that they stand by there work. I had 800 dollars worth of brake repair done a year ago. Recently my brakes began to fail again. The guys found a warranty for the parts and did the work in the house. You just don't get that kind of service from corporate mechanics or cheaper shadier shops . They also were able to diagnose my battery issue and have my car back to me same day . I highly recommend this shop to any customer but especially female customers. They will not treat you like an idiot or scam you ."

Amber is the lady that always helps me, she is so good at her job, so professional great customer service. i cant ever go anywhere else, they are honest and customer service is of utmost important to them, as well as getting your car fixed in a timely manner. You wont be disappointed an you can trust them! Awesomen to find them, they were recommended by AAA inxurance when i got towed, glad they did!"

"Krafftkarauto is an excellent place to have your car repaired. Very diligent at ensuring that your vehicle is properly maintained and that you the consumer is satisfied. On a whim I took my vehicle to krafftkarauto, so pleased with the staff and their services that I'm still a loyal customer, it's been 5 years. Though I've moved from the area I still frequent their shop.
