"MD Automotive has had service of the highest quality and a high level of professionalism from the technicians and service writers that I have come in contact with over the last 6 years. I will say, lately though, it seems like there is more work than current capacity can handle. From a customer perspective, I make an appointment, and my vehicle doesn't even get looked at much less diagnosed until the next business day. This doesn't seem to follow the purpose of an appointment. This also means that any repair services are a 2-3 day ordeal for me and my family. I understand that all repair work comes with a certain amount of inconvenience on the part of the customer and I can accept that. What I'm looking for in a service provider, especially for my cars which we depend on so much, is to minimize the inconvenience as much as possible relative to cost. I am still "Very Satisfied" with MD Automotive with everything they do, quality of work relative to cost, and warranty included. But it takes quite a while to get my vehicles looked at compared to a few years back."

"I trust MD Auto with my Truck, they Know me as a Loyal Customer, and answer Questions, if they don't have an immediate answer, they will find the correct answer. I was particularly impressed when I wasn't get power to a receptacle in my truck, and we were puzzled, they took a little extra time and solved the problem at NO EXTRA COST, this was Last Christmas. Jason & Chris are friendly, helpful, willing to assist their customers with any automotive problems, issues, or questions. Their Technicians are ASC Certified, and guarantee their work. Realizing that the cost of automotive repairs can be expensive, MD Auto's pricing isn't cheap, but are competitive and in line with reality. If you want work done Right the First Time, MD Auto is the Place. I recommend making an appointment for minor work repairs, maintenance etc... but if it's major, they will get you in regardless. GOOD NEWS !!! They now have an Automotive Detailer On Site, and I intend to have my Truck Detailed. I might add the Detailer offers a variety of Services, and Customizes to your Needs. The Guest Lounge has Everything! Soda Machine, Kuerig Coffee Maker, Comfortable Furniture, and feels like a relaxing environment. Truly Top Notch Professionals. I look forward to my Next Visit."
