"1994 Camry - LBR replaced the front end gaskets, timing belt, water pump, radiator, cleaned the fuel distributer, and completed a weld repair on the passenger side flex joint for a decent price and on a decent time line.
For the scope of work the price was average for the Seattle Bellevue area.
I spoke to a few other vendors however their prices where higher."

"Protime have been my auto repair shop since I bought my home in that area and they have never let me down. I really like the new e-mail system of letting me know what the status of my vehicle via PDF, even if they are busy they still try to fit me in whenever possible. You just don't find customer service like they give anywhere, their courteous, and professional and they back up their work. Really Good People...."

"I was very satisfied with the service. I had an unusual situation. I was looking to purchase a new to me dodge pu. It was know and not hidden that the engine had a "knock" and probably needed to be replaced. I was told that that did not fall in the parameters of a vehicle ck and would cost an unknown amt. I needed to know before going forward. It ended up the tranny and the AC were shot. I did not purchase vehicle. I was shocked when presented the bill. I was more than happy to pay for your time...I was asked to bring my next vehicle in for inspection. I was charged absolutely NOTHING. I'm not in ahurry to buy my next pu. I've looked at several , only one would I bring to you , the seller declined my requst for you to look at it in your shop. He was willing for you to inspect it where it sat.I walked away. Thank you ,you will see me again and again. I was treated better than I deserved"

"Honest, professional, friendly, and competent. Highly recommended.
I was very impressed by Rick and Ray's. Sergio Garza, the service manager, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He gave me good advice and recommended solutions with no pressure. He gave me a ride several times, and kept the office open a little late so that I could get there after work. I'd just been burned by a dealership. Turns out, they misdiagnosed my problem, didn't honor their warranty, and almost charged me over $700 for the wrong problem. His guys got the problem solved for a lot less money. Plus, they discovered another more serious problem with my water pump that the dealer missed altogether. It could've burned up my engine!
I highly recommend these guys."

"They are honest and fair to the extent that when necessary Mechanic Patrick will actually come out front and thoroughly explain what the problems are and what needs to be done. Furthermore, they could have completed work that I thought was needed but advised that it was not. That tells me everything I need to know about their credibility."
