"Excellent customer service from managers and technicians. Someone came every 10-15 minutes to talk to me about the progress being made on my vehicle and to check in on how I was doing. There's a well-equipped waiting area - TV, tables and chairs, refreshments, Wi-Fi - I was able to work on my laptop while I waited."

"We recently went for an oil and filter change at Precision Automotive for both our truck and our sedan. As part of the service, Precision did a complimentary check on both vehicles. They found a rack and pinion problem with the truck and a timing belt issue with the sedan. Both repairs were still under warranty from the other automotive service businesses we had gone to previously and we were able to get the repairs done at no cost to us. We appreciate the time Precision took to check out our vehicles with their complimentary inspections. We'll certainly be back to Precision for future service on our vehicles."
