"What a great shop. Excellent service and very knowledgeable people. I had a known problem with my BMW and expected a fairly major repair. There are two sensors inside the engine that get clogged and have to be extracted and cleaned or replaced. Dave recommended a BMW certified engine flush that cleans the sensors along with other areas inside the engine. (you should have seen the gunk that poured out the oil drain) Anyway, I got the problem solved, a much cleaner engine, and an oil change for well UNDER $200.00....on a BMW! I also received a complimentary roadside assistance package and an full inspection report on my car (with pictures) by e-mail. You will never get this kind of personal service at a dealership. "Called and on the same day was able to bring my car after I got off from work and had it serviced within an hour. If I had taken it to the dealer,which I did in the past,I would have had to drop it off in the morning,before work,arrange to be dropped off at work by their shuttle which would make me late for work and then get a ride to the dealer since the shuttle stops at 2pm and still have had to wait anywhere from one to two hours more for my car to be finished. "I mentioned to Dane that usually or always the oil level is above the upper mark on the dipstick after the oil and oil filter have been changed. Dane said that the technicians should fill it so that the oil level is between the hash marks. Whoever cleaned my car did a first-rate job. The carpet, in particular, was very clean."
