"I paid to get my car repaired. They charged me well for the repair, however, the car was not fixed. Now they claim that it is broken "for a different reason", even though all the symptoms and the codes are the same. Now that they took my money, they asked me to take my car to the dealer since they don't have the tools to fix it. And to top it all off, I was heavily disrespected by the shop manager in front of their staff. Hard to believe, but true.
Bill, the shop manner, EXTENDED HIS ARM POINTING THE PALM OF HIS HAND TOWARDS MY FACE AND WALKED AWAY. This kind of insulting and arrogant behavior is not even acceptable for Middle School teenage girls, much less for a grown man, much less for someone in a managerial position, much less for someone talking to their customer. He disrespected me in front of 4 other people.
Unless you're into paying to receive insults and disrespect instead of getting the car fixed, this not the shop for you.
