"My wife had an issue come up on our BMW regarding the water pump. I called and explained the problem that my wife had experienced to Phil. Although Concours was extremely busy Phil told me that if I could have the car towed in the following day he would try and give me a diagnosis and provide me with an estimate. I did have it towed and Phil said that he could diagnose the problem and most likely have it to me by the end of the day, which he did even as busy as they were. I have been taking my car to Concours Motors for a few years now. They are extremely professional, courteous and have always provided me great service!"
