"I was very upset when on the road enroute from Fresno to San Diego, my car engine started missing, and eventually a light came on the dash and then when flashing, I pulled off of the freeway and contacted Triple A... they were very fast, and a tow truck took me to your garage.. and though it was closing time, you all assured me that they'd get on it first thing Monday. I got to Hertz nearby and continued my trip. Monday on my return I was hoping to find it up and ready to go, but Anthony was adamant that I shouldn't drive it again until it had been thoroughly checked out. I was disappointed, but left it and he was absolutely right..as there were further problems as they test drove it more..and made the right repairs and turned the car back to me when it was completely trustworthy, for which I am so very appreciative. Tony Pace did a terrific job, finding over due problems that my mechanics here had overlooked, and Anthony Durado overseeing the repairs, it turned out to be a very positive experience after all. I so appreciate Triple A for finding your garage with such outstanding Mechanics on the job."
