The folks at Heritage are community and service minded. They didn't just change my oil, they also gave me a complete review of the overall condition of my car, gave me a hard copy of that review (including pictures of the engine) and emailed a digital copy to me. At the last minute I asked the owner about a small problem I was having with the windshield wipers, so he walked out to my car and spent an additional 15 minutes with me.
