"Dealing with John ( customer service guy) at Rock Hill is tremendous! He can schedule you in on a tight schedule when possible and keeps you updated on what’s going on with your vehicle. Their quality of work is excellent. They take pictures of everything that needs to be done to your vehicle when asking for a diagnosis too. Highly recommend this shop."

"If I was able to give 10 stars I would. Unfortunately, we have troubles with our cars and then you have a honest and dependable place. You can take your car to. It makes life easier. I have taken my car here for the last 8 to 10 years and the consistency of the service and care is impeccable. We all have to remember this is the business and with the business there the cost but I’ve learned you get what you pay for the quality and care again is impeccable. Sometimes you feel like you’re going somewhere to save a couple of dollars in the customer service care and quality is horrible And it’s just not worth it. Go somewhere where you know you’re gonna be happy with the service care time and know that they’re not going to force you to get anything done that is not needed. They show you videos and pictures of all the work before and after it is completed where else will you get this at?"
