"The staff at Loren’s Auto Repair are the best! Service includes a comprehensive inspection of all systems and a detailed report of their findings and recommendations. They found and corrected a serious problem that was caused by another company’s repair job. They explained their findings and what the correct repair job would require. It is true that they typically have a backlog and it may take longer for them to get to your job but that is because they are not going to cut corners to meet schedules. Loren’s team did a great job and I will recommend that you give them a call."

"I have been a loyal and satisfied Clayton's customer for many years. Not once, in all that time, has Bob or his staff let me down.
I recently had a blown head gasket and twisted cam shaft on my 2018 Ford Fusion at 62,200 miles. Not only did Jacob, the technician who repaired the car, do a great job in as timely a manner as possible, but Bob delivered the disappointing news in a caring way. The final bill was about $4900 but I was happy to pay it because I know the job was done right.
If you want a quick, dirty and cheap repair (be careful what you wish for) then go somewhere else. If you want a job that is done correctly the first time then go to Clayton's. Bob and the guys will treat you right."
