"My brakes were sounding real bad so I literally just pulled into Frank’s. From the moment I walked in the customer service was top notch. Travis the service manager was friendly and helpful but it’s my lady Diana who made sure my parts were ordered and I had my car ready at the time she promised. It was actually ready 2 hours before. I wish I could have met the technician to thank him personally. And I want him to know that my brakes are too safety now!!! I will be using Frank’s for all of my automotive needs."
