"These guys are legit. I have always gotten a pit in my stomach whenever I knew I had to take my car to the shop. It’s never fun knowing that you’re going to be screwed. Those days are over. I took my car in for a break inspection, pretty sure I needed new pads, possibly even more. When I got the call to let me know the verdict, I was told that all was fine. WHAT? I can honestly say I have never, ever, had a mechanic tell me that. Clearly this is a place that wants to build long term client loyalty based on trust and honesty. Today, they succeeded."
