"A1 was absolutely magnificent. I had just bought a used car that was having trouble passing Smog inspection. They listened to what was going on and gave me a clear estimate based on the problems it was having. They also told me they would not charge me until it passed Smog. They were absolutely wonderful, they got it done the same day, and stayed within the original estimate, fixed a few other engine codes that made my car drive even better and gave me the Smog certificate by the end of the day. The mechanic showed my husband everything he had done and what to watch for since my car is a little bit older, that way if some of the things were to malfunction in the future, my husband could replace them by himself in order to “ save us a little money” instead of having to bring it back in. The receptionists were all friendly and helpful, and their schedule was very accommodating. I live in Yreka, but I will still absolutely return to A1 in the future. It was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a mechanic shop to date. I really do appreciate you guys, and would absolutely recommend A1 to anyone, especially if you’ve been having trouble elsewhere!"
