This was no fault of Roy Rump & Sons, and I would certainly recommend others to try there with any vehicle problems. Just ensure that they have the tooling to tackle the likely problem. And I encourage RR&S to take the next step in training and tooling."

"I scheduled an appointment for 8 am Thursday at Complete Car Care based on their glowing reviews. They called me the day prior and asked if I would be willing to come in the following day, Friday, at 8 am. I agreed and brought my car in at 8 am sharp for their “maintenance at 90k service” option that is listed on their website. 6 hours later at 2 pm they messaged me saying they did an oil change and inspected the vehicle and found that there were two issues that needed immediate attention. They said that to find out exactly what was wrong would require an additional diagnostic, at a cost of $239, AND they would not be able to get to it until the following Tuesday. Since my car was there for 6 hours, I wish they could have found and addressed these issues far earlier in the day, particularly since they already pushed my appointment back by one day. I am very disappointed with the service and unfortunately cannot recommend this mechanic."
