"I am a returning customer, and now have ZERO faith in average mechanics that have been hired and wrongfully promoted in your shop At Finsanto.
My wife’s transmission had been rebuilt by another shop and was shifting erratically so we came to Finsanto to have them rebuild properly. Straight forward and simple.
I gave Cole & Nick clear directive and the go ahead to open the transmission pan and repair what is not allowing truck to shift properly. I would go back to the other shop and try to get a refund etc….
I get a call back 4 days later “they found nothing wrong with the vehicle it drives like ‘butter’”. (False)
My wife went in to pay ticket and Nick insisted he would give “special attention to find out what is wrong with our vehicle.” Long story short, Nick failed to follow thru on his word and we still have a slipping transmission and 2 shops telling us “we are in the wrong”… not a good outcome!
I picked up my vehicle, drove to 20 mins home (less than 15 miles), my vehicle was shifting hard from stop at a red light, as well as reverse into my driveway.
Nick, the “newly placed shop manager”, young, inexperienced in management, arrogant, disrespectful, and condescending when speaking to customers. A complete lack of accountability, lack of professionalism and people skills. (Not a good look for the face of your company!) (suggestion, management requires classes and training) I would love to get a refund back from all the chaos and confusion caused, and I have no intention in speaking with whoever “Mike” is impersonating the owner. A previous customer about a month ago on Google review mentioned he was the “pompous” kind of person.
From my personal experience as a shop manager for 8 years at a suspension and lift kits shop, it is a guaranteed fact I never treated or spoke customers in the manner Nick did.
You have a few bad apples running your business into the ground. I never received poor inadequate service from Josh and Zayne, they were always good to us! Sad to hear they moved on."
