"My appointment was for an oil change however, as my wipers stopped functioning the day before, I asked that they fix the wipers while I was there and also to review what I would need for the 100,000 mile servicing. Bill said it would take longer than the usual oil change time to find and fix the issue with the wipers and provided me with a loaner car. Peter called later to describe the issue with the wipers and the fact that the parts were proving difficult to obtain that day. He said they were trying and would call back. Later in the afternoon, Peter called to say that the car would not be ready until the next day, reviewed what I needed for the 100,000 servicing, said that it would all be finished before noon the next day and what the cost was going to be. I was to keep the loaner car and would be called by noon the following day to say my car was ready. I was called before 10 in the morning - car ready. Bill went through the invoice with me, explaining everything which was done. Bill and Peter are excellent. They are concerned that you understand what needs to be done and what it will cost; both readily answer questions and have patience when explaining the services. I have used Town and Country for more than 12 years. I highly recommend them and do not consider taking my car anywhere else. Professional and honest to the utmost."
