If someone asked you about your shop's quality of work and customer service, what would you tell them?
"Recently I needed service work on my Honda Pilot. Due to a medical condition (a new knee) I was unable to drive. The staff at Griffin Muffler came to get my car perform the needed work and returned the car to our house! Thank you for your caring approach to your customers."

"No problem inand out in good time"

"Service at hillside is always superior. Sam and management team are friendly, cordial, and give you confidence that your car will be well again, and meet on this expectation."

"Great job! They found the problem with the "check engine " light going on and off. on our Honda Accord, which was a relief, since it could have stalled at any time. Talking from experience, their service is really good because they always find problems that other repair shops could not. I was also surprised to see they had posted pictures on my e-mail of what they were fixing before the job was done and also recommendations of potential problems with other parts like wearing out of the timing belt."

"My recent repair work went really well. No surprises, and the cost was very close to what I thought it would be. My interactions with Gary and Matt were informative, helpful and professional. These guys could totally give a customer service clinic to the local Toyota dealers, who seem to have really lost their way. Airport Automotive gets my highest recommendation!"

"Lexus dealer wanted almost $2000 to service brakes (""Weak Brake"" warning on dashboard) which was NOT under warranty or pre-paid service plan. I took my car to LGA that same afternoon where Hector estimated the job at less than HALF that price. The job was DONE the very next day. Needless to say LGA is my ""go-to"" auto shop for all my ""out-of-warranty"" service needs. All of the guys there (Hector, John, and Dave) are FANTASTIC. You won't find a better auto shop in San Jose!"

"Excellent service, work. Always friendly and honest. Would recommend to everyone."

"I brought my vehicle in for service due to a loud screeching noise from a belt. They tightened up a tensioner pulley and checked things out and told me it would be no charge. I was impressed and very grateful. If you are looking for an honest easy going place to take your vehicle this is it."

"As a single woman alone in a new city I was panicked about finding a repair shop for my car when it would not start. From the moment I called 6 to 6 - Steve was engaging and helpful and I felt like he truly wanted to help me with my car situation. It got more complicated as we went along and every step of the way he made me feel like we would find solutions to the ever mounting problems. He was patient, honest and friendly. He has gone above and beyond to get my Land Rover back on the road safely and I am so grateful to know that 6 to 6 will be there if I ever need help. Thank you! Thank you! Thank You!"

"As always, great service, great quality of work and fair pricing."

"I found their quality of work and customer service to be extremely high. They were not pushy. They did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem quickly and giving me several options on how to go about fixing it. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work."
