"My oil cooler was going south in my 2006 F350 6.0. I had already purchased a Bullet Proof kit to eliminate the stock oil cooler and move it to the front of the engine, (Old Style). I took my truck to PSP where Kevin helped set me up for the install. He took me for a tour of their facility and I was impressed as to how organized and clean the shops are kept. This is a great sign of pride in a mechanics work. A day later Kevin contacted me with a list of other items they recommend I have replaced. Now most people would say they were just trying to make an extra buck off me. Not the case here all of the parts had to come off when they did the oil cooler install so they did not charge one penny of extra labor for installing the new recommend parts. My truck was ready in just a few days and when I picked it up Art not only went over the truck and all the work they performed he and I sat down and talked for almost 45 minutes. Bottom line they treat you like family. They will get all of my business."

Even though I didn't expect or need the added expense , I trusted Dwights expertise to guide me in the right direction. Dwight showed me the new inspection software that can be shared with the customer via email. It seems like a very effective way to communicate with the customer. Also , appreciate the coupons and discounts. It makes the visits more reasonable. 😊"
