"Honest, friendly service! I brought my car in to get new rear brake pads. I was told last year by a different service center that I needed to replace the rear brake pads soon. In fact they suggested I have them done at that time. I declined last year so when I started to hear some intermittent squealing just recently, I figured I it must be time to have them replaced. I brought my car to Hometown to have the work done and was shocked when they called me about an hour later to tell me the brake pads didn't need to be replaced yet b/c I had 50% left!! Talk about honest service! How often does that happen?! I am sure if I had taken my car anywhere else, they would have just done the brake job even though I didn't need it. On top of it, Hometown didn't even charge me for their time! I am pleasantly amazed and very appreciative of their honest and friendly service and plan to bring my car back for all my future service needs! Thanks Hometown!"
