"Very pleased. Tony has been excellent as I deal with a very low mileage 2011 Audi A4 which has had catastrophic engine failure. Car has been transferred to Seattle Audi for any chance of AudiUSA support. I will not hesitate to return to Eastside if I am fortunate enough to continue to be a an Audi owner in need of service."

"I'm a new customer and the outstanding customer service that I received at Heritage compelled me to write this review. (Great customer service is often a rarity these days!) I was highly skeptical about taking my Yukon into a shop--my experience with auto shops is that they are great at charging an arm and a leg and often don't know what they are doing. Heritage repaired my 2005 GMC Yukon at a very reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Customer service is excellent; everyone that I came in contact with was straight shooting, professional and knowledgeable. I also happened to have my kids with me when I returned to pick up my Yukon and they had toys in the (clean) waiting room, healthy snacks. Hands down I'll be a return customer and will refer friends/family in the future."

"A work van suddenly wouldn't start on Friday afternoon, so we had it towed to Pearl City Auto Works. We were told that they should be able to get to it by Wednesday, but might be able to look at it sooner depending on work load. On Monday morning by 8:30 they had already looked at it, found the problem and fixed it. Additionally to this they did a courtesy inspection of other parts and gave us a detailed report of what they found and what they recommend should be addressed, at no extra charge. This is the 2nd time that we have used them. Both times they found the issues and fixed it, even when other shops couldn't or wouldn't even accept this particular vehicle because it was "too old" already. Great and speedy service, with reasonable prices. We'll definitely use them again."

"My battery died yesterday when I went to leave for the dentist. I called AAA they said they 'might' be able to get to me in about an hour - which would mean missing my appointment. I called Jimmy's Auto, where I have all my service done, and TJ came to my house within 5 minutes (no joke) to jump start my car. When he removed the cables and asked me to start the car, no luck - so he jump started it again. Obviously, I needed a new battery. He asked me to follow him to the shop and as he was driving out of my driveway was already on the phone with Brad to make sure they had the battery my car needed, and to put the shop 'on notice' we were coming in on a 'rush' basis to install the new battery. We got to the shop, the battery was ready for installation, and although the shop was full, they brought my car right in and had that new battery installed in 10 minutes! I made it to the dentist only 10 minutes late.... This kind of SERVICE is unheard of today. TJ, Brad, and all the mechanics who work at Jimmy's are always great - but this experience was well beyond what any customer would expect. These guys are GREAT!!!"
